well i have been working on the nose of the probe some more today. progress was going well until i pinched the tip of one of my fingers with the rivet gun. and yes it bled like a stuffed pig. i am taking a break right now to get the bleeding stopped and then i will get back to work. so far i am up to 21 brackets and 90 pop rivets holding the nose together. and if you are wondering it isnt starting to come together just yet, and i dont expect the pictures that i will take tonight to look like its making much progress over the last set of pictures.

dont worry though it will start showing a lot more progress soon. well maybe after i buy some more pop rivets seeing that im about out of them.

**UPDATE**

well i ran out of pop rivets and decided to run to the store and pick some up. when i got home i started in on the nose of the probe yet again. of course i ran out of brackets and had to cut some more which slowed me down a bit more. anyway i have now used 30 brackets and 128 rivets.  the good news is that the nose is starting to come back together. it still looks like hell but at least its solid. and the looks will change as soon as spring hits and i can start doing fiberglass work.

but until spring comes i have a lot of stuff i need to get prepped for fiberglass work. as you know i have the nose to finish prep work on and also the rear bumper cover.  but a couple of the items you may not know about would be the spare dash that will be getting a full fiberglass treatment and the fiberglass tweeter pods i am making. i will be doing a how to for the tweeter pods and i may also do one for the dash but im sure yet. we will just have to wait until that time comes later on. for now im heading back to work some more on the nose.
