  • My Scrapbook Pages

On this thread I will be posting up pictures of my scrapbook pages that I have done and currently working on. I have been doing this for quite awhile now and find that its relaxing and able to share some of my creative ideas where others can see. Most of the photos are of my son Paul as he grows but I have done quite a few different ones along the way. I started off with no cutter so alot was done by hand or stencils or friends I have made online that was willing to share different things. By no means am I a perfect scrapbooker but its something I enjoy and has taught me many different things that Ive been able to branch out to do.

It was scrapbooking that eventually took me to vinyl and from that to metal so in a way its a gateway sort of craft lol. As if I had never got my cricut I would have never learned about svg's and file types that I have exanded out from to my other hobbies. I do not do this as a job but as a hobby.

I will start off with this one. This was one of the first pages that I done when my son was born. Please over look the brownish edges to some of the page protectors as Alot of these went through the house fire and only reason they survived was they was inside of a book that protected them.

These older pages you can see where I used some of the edge scissors and its amazing to look back and just see the difference's in styles and way that I lay out the pages.

I do not scrap in any sort of order so later after I have all of these uploaded you may see photos of my son as a baby followed by ones of him now. So many out there will only scrap in order but sometimes its easier to just scrap when you get an idea when looking at different photos. Or maybe you just dont have the right paper and later you do.

This is Paul with his grandmother at the hospital. I used construction paper on this layout as I did not know at the time how bad it is. I plan to go back and redo it but figured I would show it in its original state. I also magazine letters for the title.

These photos were taken by a friend who does photography. I just loved how they came out.

This was one of the first pages that I used my cricut to make the tile with.

I have decided Paul can sleep anywhere. He would just dissappear and we would find him fast asleep in the strangest places.

He even sleeps standing up. Here he had been standing fast asleep for almost an hour.

Here paul is sleeping with his stuffed puppy that his Great Grandparents got him. He was never one to like stuffed animals but he latched onto this from a baby and has yet to let go of it. He is a very special puppy.

This is one of Paul and China. I made the background on this with a stencil and spray inks that I make myself. I will post up how I do that later on.
